Refunds and Exchanges
I realize that buying things can be quite intimidating without physically being able to see the size, colour and quality etc. and that is why I stand behind all my products and offer hassle free return policy. If for any reason you’re not pleased with the purchase, you may just simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Contact me first to inform me of your concerns and changes, then the items needs to be returned in original packaging and in new condition within 15 days of purchase. On receipt of the item a full refund or exchange will take place. I don't refund the postage costs from the original purchase price or the cost of posting the item back to me.
I am happy to exchange any item for a smaller/larger size as well. I don’t cover your return shipping costs but I will pay the cost of shipping out the new item on the first occasion only. Please do not return an item without contacting me and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. If the item being exchanged was a commission and it needs to be remade or altered in anyway this will have a bearing on the return time of your item. This will be discussed at the time of you informing me of any exchange or changes.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order without reason within seven working days after receipt of the goods for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original carriage). Goods returned must be complete and unused. The cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer. Please contact me to arrange a refund. You will be required to return the item to me in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please do not return an item without contacting me and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. My return address is at the bottom of the website page
